LOST CREEK HOME & GARDEN CLUB
About
Lost Creek Home & Garden Club members serve their community by stimulating the knowledge of gardening and flower arranging, encouraging home and community beautification, promoting better horticultural practices, and encouraging the conservation of natural resources.
Membership
Active membership is limited to 40 residents of Lost Creek subdivision. Members must attend six meetings each program year. An active member who moves from Lost Creek but wishes to remain associated with the club may become an associate member.
Meeting Format
The club meets regularly September through May, on the second Tuesday of each month. The format of the meeting is:
9:30 – Refreshments
10:00 – Program
11:00 – Business Meeting
Hostesses offer a variety of dishes that might include savory, fruits, vegetables, bread, sweets, and salty snacks. The home host usually provides service and drinks.

A Little History
On May 10, 1977, fourteen Lost Creek residents met at the home of Estelle Laney to formally organize the Lost Creek Garden Club. The organization became the Lost Creek Home and Garden Club in 1993.
